What it is
An interactive companion to Bill Aulet's Disciplined Entrepreneurship: all twenty-four steps as fillable worksheets, organised by the framework's six questions, with auto-calculating TAM, LTV, and COCA tables and a field kit for primary market research.
Who it's for
Anyone working the twenty-four steps. It's generic on purpose, and nothing in it is about my company.
Why I built it
I was doing the steps myself, on paper, and every time I changed an assumption the TAM and COCA numbers downstream went stale, and I recalculated them by hand and got them slightly wrong. The workbook exists because I was the person who needed it.
How it's built
One self-contained HTML file on GitHub Pages, with no backend and no account. Answers save in your own browser's storage and never leave your device, and there's a JSON export so you can move between machines. People put their unlaunched company's economics into this, and that is not data I want. Framework credit goes entirely to Bill Aulet and the Martin Trust Center; this doesn't replace the books and is best used beside them.
